By accessing or using the Brutal Coach application and website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

Brutal Coach is an AI-powered mobile application that provides outfit analysis and styling feedback. You upload a photo of your outfit, choose a tone (coach or roast), and the Service uses artificial intelligence to generate a rating, written feedback, a color palette, and styling suggestions. The Service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and is not professional fashion, image, or styling advice.

To use the Service, you must create an account. Sign-up is available via email and password or via Apple / Google single sign-on, all handled by our authentication provider, Clerk. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Providing accurate and complete information during registration

By uploading images to our Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and analyze your content for the purpose of providing the Service to you. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to the images you upload
• Your content does not violate any third-party rights
• Your content does not contain illegal, harmful, or inappropriate material
• You consent to the processing of your images by our AI systems

Brutal Coach is free to try. Free accounts include three outfit analyses per calendar month. A paid Pro subscription removes that limit. Pro is billed monthly or annually through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on the platform you use. Prices are shown inside the app in your local currency before you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. We do not store your payment details — billing is handled by the relevant store and routed through our subscription provider, RevenueCat.

Our Service relies on the following third-party providers to function. Their handling of your data is governed by their own terms and privacy policies:

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Upload illegal, harmful, threatening, or discriminatory content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Resell or commercially exploit the Service without authorization
• Upload images of minors or non-consensual images of others

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by LaunchX GmbH and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written permission. You retain all rights to the photos you upload.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated outfit analysis is subjective and should not be considered professional fashion, styling, or image advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any analysis provided. Fashion preferences are personal, and our suggestions may not suit everyone's taste or circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LaunchX GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time from the Me tab inside the app. Account deletion is permanent and removes your saved outfits along with the account itself.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Landshut, Germany.
