PURPOSE
This Fair Use Policy makes sure everyone — free and Pro users alike — gets reliable access to Brutal Coach. It explains what kind of usage is welcome, what crosses the line, and what happens if a line gets crossed.
PLAN LIMITS
Brutal Coach has two tiers — free, and Pro. Free accounts can analyse three outfits per calendar month. Pro accounts are described as 'unlimited' because no real human user should ever hit the ceiling, but for anti-abuse purposes we apply soft caps in the background:

These caps exist purely to stop automated abuse and credential sharing. If you ever bump into them through normal personal use, send us an email at info@launch-x.de and we'll lift them. Daily caps reset at midnight UTC; monthly caps reset on the 1st of each month.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
The following are not permitted on any plan:
- Automated or scripted usage (bots, scripts, or programmatic access)
- Reselling, sublicensing, or sharing account access with others
- Using the Service for commercial purposes without authorization
- Sharing account credentials across multiple people
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent the free-tier limit
- Uploading content that violates our Terms (illegal, harmful, infringing, or non-consensual imagery)
- Using the Service in a way that materially degrades performance for other users
WHAT CONSTITUTES ABUSE
We treat the following patterns as potential abuse:
- Unusual request patterns suggesting automation or scraping
- Bursts of rapid requests in very short time frames
- Evidence of account sharing or credential distribution
- Attempts to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service
- Repeated uploads of content that violates the Terms
ENFORCEMENT
We take a progressive approach to enforcement:
Warning
First-time violations get a friendly warning via email explaining the policy.
Temporary Throttling
Continued abuse may result in temporary rate limiting to keep the Service fair for everyone.
Account Review
Repeated violations trigger a manual review of your account.
Suspension
Severe or repeated abuse may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.
APPEALS PROCESS
If you think your account was flagged or suspended in error, you can appeal by emailing us. We review every appeal and respond within 5 business days.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Fair Use Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
